Compatibility

This product is compatible with multiple different aircrafts in Flight Simulator such as the Fenix A320, FlyByWire A20N, and can easily be edited to work with any other aircraft in the Simulator. 

We specifically provide Aircraft Profiles for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020/2024, the software we use is compatible with X-Plane although we do not provide any aircraft profiles for it. If you need support to edit the profile to work with your simulator, please contact support.

Requirements & Software

This product is ONLY compatible for those on PC/Laptop (Windows).

You are required to have x1 USB port available on your device, if you do not have any spare USB ports, we recommend for you to purchase a USB hub.

We use a software called Mobiflight to connect your Airbus Overhead Lighting Panel to the Simulator, we provide detailed instructions for installation, if you encounter any issues, please contact support.

Shipping Information & Size

• Product Dimensions: L-18cm, H-6.8cm, W-9cm

                *The switches add around 1.5cm extra to the Width.

• Product Weight: Up to 500g
• Allow up to 3 weeks for your product to be delivered, this is dependent on volume of orders, we aim to complete and send orders as soon as possible.
• Product is carefully packed into a custom box with plenty of protective materials such as Bubble Wrap, Packing Peanuts etc.
• Item is posted with Royal Mail / Evri, you can choose your shipping at checkout.
• The item is assembled and tested before dispatch.

All timeframes given to you at checkout are estimates, we do not guarantee that you will receive the item on the estimated delivery date, we strongly believe that it will arrive within the given delivery window. You do receive tracking information to check the status of your order at all times.

We cannot offer refunds/compensation/replacements for delayed deliveries, if there is an issue with your delivery, we will do our best to assist you with this and contacting the delivery operator directly. If you require additional support feel free to open a ticket.

If your parcel is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.

All customs are required to be paid by the customer, we do not pay or take responsibility for any customs which will occur to international orders.

This item is 3D printed, you may see small lines or marks on the product, these make absolutely no effect to the functionality and we have tried our best to make the product look as perfect as possible.

This item does not have LED backlighting although the text is visible with minimal light.

We do not advise that you keep this item near strong heat/sunlight as it may fade the outside of the product.
